Love Lori Michelle Jewelry x PLATFORM Store
I'm excited to announce a partnership between Love Lori Michelle Jewelry and PLATFORM Store in Marylebone, London. PLATFORM is a thoughtfully curated shop hosting fashion, accessories, homewares, and more. All the items are hand-selected for a high level of craftsmanship and original design.
I first came across this shop when I moved to London in Summer 2024.
It was newly opened and located on the same street as my temporary housing on Marylebone Lane. I used to walk by it each day as I went out for my daily coffee and explored my new city and got to know my surroundings.
I remember peering in the windows and thinking to myself "THIS. This is where I eventually want to have my jewelry." At the time, all of my supplies were still on a shipping container on their way over to London, my manufacturer had just gone out of business, and I wasn't sure I would ever get back to jewelry. But, I still had my eye on the shop for someday in the future.
Fast forward many months, I had started to settle into London life, and I took my shot and emailed an application to the store owner. I didn't hear back for awhile, and realized that they must have hundreds of brands apply for shelf space. And then finally, nearly a year later, the email popped up that I had been waiting for!
Sometimes things do happen the way you envision, with just a little patience and hope.
PLATFORM began as a concept boutique in the heart of London and now features over 25 rotating brands.
Their goal is to help customers discover emerging, sustainable designers both from the London store in-person and also through their online shop. Check out this list of brands and designers, I'm so thrilled to be in such great company.
Starting July 15, you can shop my pieces in store and online through Platform, and you'll also find me once a week in the shop on a rotating schedule.
