Returns/Refunds

All custom orders are final and cannot be accepted for return or refund.

All other orders (unworn and still in the packaging) are available for return within 1 week of delivery of your purchase. 

Please get in touch and I'll work with you to make it right.

 

Exchanges

 

Need to exchange silver for gold, or want a longer/shorter necklace chain? 

Please get in touch and we'll make it happen. 

 

Shipping

I currently offer the choice of either USPS First Class or USPS Priority shipping at checkout. Both come with Tracking info that will be emailed to you at the time of shipping.

International orders are shipped with First Class International, but currently do not come with Tracking info. 

If you would like to upgrade to another shipping service or option, please let me know before you place your order. I am happy to ship with FedEx or UPS at your request.

 

Lost Packages

If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in shipment, a claim needs to be filed with USPS (or the shipping service provider used) and not with Love Lori Michelle. 

Love Lori Michelle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and will not issue a refund or store credit.
